This webmaster is finally recovering from the weekend and able to see the keyboard once again.
Rally on the River was yet another memorable event. Thanks to Ron and the crew and welcome back Big Mike.
We will see you the weekend after Labor Day.
Everyone had a blast, the girls were dancing and showing their "talents". Not sure if there is a Slayer song in the future guys but we will surely try to find something close to that genre'
(there is a rocking Saliva song we may revive).
We all appreciate the hospitality, Alabama Slammers and shots throughout the weekend as well as the burgers and fries at the end of the night. You guys know how to show appreciation !!!!! Thanks again.

SUNBURY RIVERFEST WAS ANOTHER
HUGE SUCCESS !!!!!!!!
WITH VENDORS AND MUSIC FROM FAR AND WIDE.
THIS YEAR KICKED OFF WITH THE VALLEY'S GOT TALENT CONTEST AT THE ELK'S THURSDAY NIGHT. THE 11 FINALISTS OFFERED MUSIC RANGING FROM BLUES TO THE B-52'S, PAT BENATAR, A SONG FROM THE LITTLE MERMAID AND A VARIETY OF BROADWAY SHOWTUNES. BUT NO ACT COULD TOP THE MORGAN FAMILY BLUEGRASS BANJO AND FIDDLE ENSEMBLE. THEY WOWED THE CROWD WITH A MULTI-GENERATION ACT THAT COULD NOT BE TOPPED AND TOOK HOME THE 3 FOOT 1st PLACE
TROPHY AND $500. CONGRATULATIONS MORGAN FAMILY!
SATURDAY WAS FULL OF A WIDE VARIETY OF FOOD,
FUN AND A CAVALCADE OF MUSIC IN THE GAZEBO.
THIS VALLEY DEFINATELY HAS TALENT!!!!!!!!!!
THE WEEKEND WAS CLOSED OUT BY JESSE BEHIND THE ELK'S.
THERE WERE A FEW RAIN DROPS TOWARD THE END BUT WE WEATHERED THE STORM FOR THE 400 SOME HARD CORE JESSE FANS THAT ATTENDED THE HOG AND GROG.
